What types of meetings can I use Contented for?

Contented can even turn youtube links into clear outcomes. We encourage you to test it with the full range of meetings you have. 

What if my clients don't want to be recorded?

Most people are happy to be recorded when they know why they are being recorded and what the outputs will be used for. For those who don't wish to be recorded you can simply record your own summary of the meeting and use the tool to extract outputs from that. 

Who is behind Contented AI?

Contented was founded by Hannah Hardy-Jones and Lucy Pink in 2023 and HQ is based in Christchurch NZ. Hannah and Lucy are passionate about human centred AI and making a positive impact on the world of work. 

How does Contented AI protect my data?

All your transcripts and media files are encrypted at rest. This means that when your files are stored, they are encrypted using advanced cryptographic methods, ensuring that they remain confidential and private. Access to these files is strictly controlled and limited to you, the account holder.

Are my recordings, transcripts, or  data used to train any AI models?

No, your data is not used to train any AI models.

Is my data private and confidential?

Yes. Your data is private and confidential. Unless you share your transcripts with others, only you can view or edit your media files or transcripts.

Is my data secure during transmission?

Yes. We strictly enforce secure, encrypted connections (HTTPS/SSL), whether transmitted to your web browser or between services we control. We refuse all unencrypted connections to our servers over the public internet.

Is my payment information secure?

We've partnered with Stripe, a leader in online payment processing, for secure transactions. Stripe's advanced encryption ensures your payment information is protected at every step. We do not retain your credit card number on our servers.

Is my data encrypted at rest?

Yes, all your transcripts and media files are encrypted at rest. We use industry-standard encryption algorithms, such as AES-256, to encrypt your data at rest. This level of encryption is trusted by experts worldwide for its robustness and has been widely adopted for securing sensitive government and financial data.
